Go to the Western Uion (check local office online, we have one in Walmart close to 4th and ave. Q). You can send money to china through them, the charge was $10-20 for ~$2000 to be sent. The fee might be based on a percentage of how much you send. It is very fast (24-48h), and western union has many local office in postoffices and banks in china (again, check online to see the local office in your destination city). People recieving the money just need to know a control number and possibly a security question about your phone number or address to get the money.
